Welcome to the Montessori alternative. A combination of knowledge and character describe the classroom in a Montessori school. A world of information is taken in by the senses, practiced by repetition, and mastered by the child's own enjoyment of the process. Children learn by doing and observing in the multi-aged classes filled with beautiful didactic materials. Their interactions are guided by teachers who model kindness and respect, and who themselves are students of life.

For over two decades, A Child's Garden Montessori School, located in Carrollton, TX, has been committed to provide a quality Montessori education to families who seek an integrated educational experience for their children. ACG provides a nurturing environment that addresses the cognitive, social and emotional needs of lifelong learners and problem solvers. ACG’s extensive experience in early education and decades of Montessori instruction offer children a stable environment to experience knowledge and respect. Children learn in a peaceful environment to cooperate with each other and become responsible and adaptive citizens. We believe that children will be better prepared for the future when parents and teachers work together to teach values of excellence and tolerance alongside knowledge.

The school offers year round part-time and full-time programs, including before and after school care as well as summer camp. Hours of operation are 7 am-6pm for children 18 months to 6 years of age. Additionally, the school offers parent education workshops.
